[Identified] We had a switch error in one of our housing centers. Systems were switched to backup systems. During a short timeframe some customers have experienced inbound/outbound failures and potentially short "no service"-periods. Currently all major systems are coming back online and normal telephony operation should be possible.
We are monitoring the situation and analyzing the root cause of the problem.

[Monitoring] Monitoring shows that the network issue started at approximately 9:25 (CEST) o'clock. After switching to backup systems internal telephony was available around 9:30. External telephony is available since 9:36 o'clock. We apologize to all customers who were affected by this issue.
We continue our investigation and monitoring of the system.
