We will be releasing new versions of our device platform components (Provisioning, Redirection Service, Device Services, Device API).
During the maintenance the components will not be available intermittently. We do not expect any impact on our telephony platform.

During the entire maintenance window the operation of the NCC system is stopped.
If needed a Backup-Routing for the NCC Servicenumbers has to be activated for the timeframe by the customer.
A client browser restart and new user log-in is required after the maintenance window.
No immediate further customer interaction is required thereafter.

[Investigating] Some customers are reporting problems with calls in queues.
There seems to be an issue only with softphones (Cloudya, standard, premium) and only in queues.
Hardphones are not affected.
We are investigating the issue.
